The LS900 is our large format engraving and cutting solution, perfect for reaching optimum productivity.

Versatile

The 24" x 24" engraving area combined with the 9.8" Z travel and X axis pass through enables the Gravograph LS900 to process a wide range of parts sizes form small name plates to large control panels, both in single item processing and in large batches.

Economical

The high resolution CO₂ laser beam provides optimum finesse when processing. The speed and precision of the guides reduce the engraving and cutting time to a minimum. The LS900 table provides adaptability and reduces material costs as the leaves are larger. The important directional travel of the Z allows it engrave plaques and pieces including large volumes of objects (glasses, gift sets, tubes, etc). Front access makes loading and unloading operations easier than ever before and the integrated wheel-mounted extractor limits the machine's footprint.

Ergonomics & Design

This very robust design (mechanically welded frame, pre-determined linear guide ways, etc) means the LS900 is highly reliable. The double fume and dust extraction system and adjustable aid assist function optimize the quality of engraving, cutting and friendly for the work environment. Designed to optimize productivity, the LS900 incorporates a number of functions that reduce set-up and make-ready times: a red aiming beam laser, automatic focal adjust (auto focus), a cycle time indicator and an end of job alarm.

Ideal for demanding engraving and cutting applications in intensive production environments. Driven by servomotors and controlled by magnetic scales, the LS900XP laser reaches engraving speeds of up to 158 inches per second. Its highly robust mechanical design guarantees performance reliability.

Engineered for productivity the LS900XP includes many features designed to optimize the machine use. Features such as a red aiming laser beam, automatic focal adjust, a cycle time indicator and an end of job alarm, allows for efficient job processing. The high resolution CO2 Laser beam and positioning system provides speed, finesse, power and precision when processing. Due to higher wattages available, the LS900 XP can engrave and efficiently cut a wide variety of materials in a single cycle.

Ergonomics & Design

With its very robust design, the LS900 XP range provides exceptional reliability and consistency. The ability to select the method of fume extraction combined with variable air assist contributes greatly to the engraving and cutting quality, as well as particulate and fume removal. Front access makes the loading and unloading operation easier than ever before. This ergonomic design minimizes the stress on the operator greatly. The LS900 XP also offers IQ+ or "Intelligent Quotient". The IQ+ at Gravotech was specifically designed for Gravograph machines. Offering streamlined electronics, new-generation firmware and enhanced communication between the engraver and user.
